E121 and M121 responded to a construction site with the commercial dump truck on its side with occupant entrapped. Other units responding included E45, Squad 135, Duty-1, and Chief 81. Pt suffered significant injuries and was transported by M121 to UVA Medical Center. Scene was turned over to ACPD. |

"A" shift on E121 and M121, along with Station 6 and Rescue 1 responded at 0419 to an overturned truck on 29 North in the Southbound lane just north of Frays Mill Rd. The truck blocked all the southbound lanes and after 12 stabilized the situation and placed Station 6 and Rescue 1 in service. E121 remained on scene until 0920. "C" shift switched at 0700 with "A" shift and assisted in the cleanup |

Station 12-Hollymead had a citizen walk in advising the on duty crew of a very large fuel spill at the Forest Lakes Exxon. The Fuel spill was ~ 60-100 gallons and about 30'x50'. E121 requested HAZMAT 47 and the Fire Marshall's office to assist in containment and cleanup. |

M121 along with E121 responded to the intersection of Earlysville Rd and Reas Ford Rd for reported 2 vehicle T-bone MVA. Car 41 also responded from EVFC. Upon arrival E121 stabilized the vehicles and performed a door pop. M121 transported 2 patients to UVA Medical Center. |

E121 and M121 along with E45 and Squad 135 responded to Seminole Trail North for a single car roll over MVA. E121 and M121 arrived and began patient care and extrication. E45 arrived and deployed a hand line and a low-angle rigging system. M121 transported the patient to UVA Medical Center. (Squad 135 was placed in service prior to arrival) |

December 27, 2007 E121, M121, E41, E85, TO88, E2, HAZMAT 47, and Squad 133 were dispatched to a confirmed working structure fire at 528 Jester Lane. E121 and M121 were first on scene confirming a working structure fire. E121 layed in with a 4" to the house and began an offensive attack. E85 made the hydrant connection as 12's crew put a 2" line in service, to fight a vented basement fire, then put an 1 3/4 in service to assist with containment. TO88 worked on ventilation. E41 initiated a RIT line. While all other units provided support. |

E121 and M121 was toned with E41 for a reduced structure fire with residence reporting burning insulation. A second 911 made E121 upgrade to a full box response adding E82 and E2. E121 was first on scene and found smoke in the structure. They pulled a line to the front door and extinguished a fire in the crawl space. E41 vented and checked for extension, while E82 helped with overhaul. The fire was started by a light fixture that a humidifier was connected to. |

M121 responded with E45, E41, C42, Squad 135, Duty-1, A143, C131, and ACPD to a 2 car MVA at Seminole Trail with Boulder's Road. Units arrived to find a single female trapped in a Nissan Sentra. She was transported to UVA Medical Center by M121. All other involved individuals refused treatment and transport |
